Hey everybody!! We made it to 5 months. I realize it really isn't that long and thank goodness because we have so much work to do and time goes oh too fast. But we are pretty proud of ourselves that we made it to a whole hand!
This week has been great. Many opportunities to test our faith and burst out of comfort zones. We tracted so much my feet are literally bleeding, and we road trains everywhere to try and meet as many people as possible. We saw so many miracles this week. Investigators came back, new people listened and hearts were changed. My quote of the week is "We set goals to show our faith. We follow up on goals to count our blessings." Sometimes we are afraid to set goals because we are afraid of not reaching them. We are afraid of letting ourselves get discouraged but we can do it! But I promise that as we show our faith and make goals and shoot for things out of our comfort zone and strength, the Lord will bless us and we will have an abundance of blessings to count. I love you all and I hope you are all doing well! Don't be afraid to shoot me an update on you and your families sometime! I love hearing about your adventures as well! Keep Smiling! We have too much to smile about! This week was super great! Read sister stotts blog. Shes is way better at telling stories than I am!!! There are some crazy ones. We have some really cool people in this world!! Just btw. We ran into a member from a different ward this week and he hopped over to our train car and bought us lunch, we were fed almost night, it was awesome. We were hugged and loved, a little girl in the ward made us the sweetest card and basically we have so much to be grateful for. So we have a few investigators again. Grace is from Kenya and she is the sweetest ever. I love her to death. She says the best prayers, the trick is just getting her to read the book of mormon. She needs prayers! So add her to the list! We also have sam who is coming back to us hopefully!! Hes so keen! Put him in your prayers too;) I know! Im so dang bossy! I had my first meat pie this week........ i dont really know how to feel about it.. Like its good but it also sorta tastes like dog food. Im confused. Ill probably have to let you know how i like it as time goes on. I also had weet bix this morning. Aussie breakfast of champions. Its alot like cold oatmeal. Also dont know how to feel about it. but hey! Ill probably come home wanting pies and wheat bix and not being able to get either.:) This week I want you to pray for a missionary opportunity. All of y'all. Can you do that for me? Hears a little secret.... members make the BEST missionaries. For serious.;) Invite someone over for dinner, post something on facebook about your beliefs, send a letter to a friend you know could use a little more comfort and peace in their life, wear your ctr ring, invite someone to the ward chilli cook off! There are so many ways to be a missionary! I promise that as you pray, Heavenly Father will help you know the way you can share the gospel! Heres another secret! Heavenly Father loves his missionaries and blesses them every moment of the day, with safety, with peace, with love. Be a missionary and you'll be blessed! Its super true!!! I love you guys a whole freaking lot. I hope to get some kangaroo pictures your way today but if not, know they are coming next week!!!!:) ahhhhh!
Stay safe and happy this week!

Extra Blessing from Australia!

Hey loves! I hope yous are doing exceptionally well this fine day:) I've offically started my 4th transfer and I feel hecka weird about it. :) I'm staying in Wollongong and its been great. I really hope i get to stay forever;)

Mini mission was awesome! I learned lots from my girls and Im glad I got to spend my week with them but Im glad to be back to the normal schedule.  Weve met some really nice people this week:) They were also border line insane but thats okay:) They were cool. We had zone training and president came and it was way fun. We were one of the top zones this transfer so we got to play games with president and stuff and it was totally awesome:) he also brought this gigantic teddy bear! Ill have to send yall pictures! :) Our minis were polys so we ate alot this last week. We got fed lunch and dinner everyday and we both gained 2 kilos. It was nasty. But ive lost it all in the past 2 days so i think we are fine:)

Funny experience of the week. So remember that guy who kissed me that one time.... Well this week we stopped by to see how he was and we had so much fun. :) anyways. he asked me to marry him. Like serious as ever and i didnt know what to say so I told him Id have to think about it.... So if I get really desprate, I have a 92 year old man for a back up.   Thank goodness...;)

Extra Blessing from Australia this week.  One of the amazing families in Chelsea's ward came to America , (Thank you Stewart Family !!! hugs and kisses, Please fill free to take some back to Sister Moon) Brother Stewart brought a package with him hi from our sweet girl! Candy and koala bears, tam tams Yumm and a fun letter.I though I would share parts.

Here are 10 real random facts about Australia only a missionary would know:)
1) They eat super weird! They eat with both utensils in their hands constantly and your never moves really...you scoop everything to your fork with your knife and then you stick the fork in your mouth.
2) Heck and Dang... but not heck or dang aren't even swear words. I don't really know if they have swear words actually. I've heard quite a few over the pulpit. Its Crazy!
3) Everything is as. Cool as, hard as, wicked as, its super confusing and first cause it either feels like no one finishes their sentences... or they all cuss all the time.
4) A fanny pack is called a bum bag, cause a fanny isn't the most appropriate word.
5) Drop Bear. Look it up.
6) Their are crazy birds everywhere! Its like a zoo.
7)Vegemite is the stuff that's left at the bottom of the beer barrel its this nasty yeast extract that people love.
8) The toilet doesn't flush the other way... disappointing aye? the toilet is actually quite terrifying. Its so forceful!
9)Its common for people to believe in Jesus but not God... How does that even work?
10) When people try to mimic my accent, they make me sound like a hick. Such harsh R's. Anyways!

I love you all so much! The church is true! Love Sister Chelsea Moon

June 29 2015
Hey everybody! Its been an interesting week! Lots of ups and downs, but that's missionary work right? I was welcomed into the Wollongong Brotherhood. I swore on my life i wouldn't give too many details on how to become a member but I think its important to know I'm pretty positive I was poisoned;)  We were dropped by all of our progressing investigators this week... Weird. Two were supposed to be baptized on Sunday but they disappeared. We are going to find them though:)! We met some really neat people though so we will have many opportunities to teach in no time I'm so sure. God always opens up so many doors:) I love this gospel. I love my Savior. I love the people of Australia:) I love you all so much as well. Remember life is good and keep your heads up, cause when you do you'll realize God is always there:) Notice His hand in your life this week and I promise you'll be blessed:) Love y'all:)

July 6 2015

Hello everybody! Its been a super week full of finding! I currently have a mini missionary serving with me, her name is Sister Fa'oa and she is awesome. She is 17 and she is staying with me for the week! Sister Stott also has a mini and so we getting alot of work done! Ive already taken her tracting heaps and I think Ive scared her to death, but she isnt broken yet so... pray for her,  I'm a scary trainer big missionary;) The highlight of the week was getting locked out of my apartment and my my mission president had to drive like 3 hours to save us... It was embarrassing. Thats why I'm sharing it because I have no shame anymore;) I love you all:) Stay happy!
This week we also got to go to this gigantic buddist temple but we didnt get to really see much cause the less active member tour guide had us running through the temple, she had us moving so fast! It was nuts! So we are going back next week so we can catch the whole picture. We shared a very interesting message with her as well. It was dark outside and we couldnt go inside and i WAS NOT leaving till i had shared a message dang it! haha so i just started to sing I stand all amazed.  It was awesome. The spirit was just there. It was a real testimony builder for me because it was so spiritual and i was just so into it and i just dont think ive sang like that for quite a while... BUTTTT i get to the chorus and she stops me and tells me its stupid to focus on that because it was so sad and we need to move forward from the atonement... then she ran inside. What do you do in that situation but laugh?? hhahaha:) we have found some really cool people this week and im so excited to get an opportunity to share with them! I feel your prayers! Keep them coming! pray for all the missionaries! this stuff isnt no walk in the park;) I love it though! Thank you for all the pictures, letters, and love! Ill hear from you soon!
