Hello Friends:)
It has been such an uplifting week. This week we had zone conference.
Zone conferences are seriously my favorite thing. I always walk out of
those things super pumped about life. Elder Costa our area 70 shared a
message about the Book of Mormon and it was super great. We walked out
of that conference and placed 2 Book of Mormons within 30 minutes. We
have been reading the Book of Mormon as a mission and it has really
increased my faith and increased my desire to share it. Seriously
everyone should read that thing. It brings so much peace and happiness
into my life. Although Zone conference was awesome the absolute
highlight of my week was meeting Elder Dallin H. Oaks. He had a
meeting with the missionaries yesterday and it was amazing. I went
with so many questions and had every one of them answered. He truly is
a man called of God. Such an amazing human. I hope you all had a

Ery frickin day

This week was a good one.
The gospel we did preach
Open our mouth to every person in reach

Well if you know us
You know we like to play
That's why our favourite thing is pday.
We played some soccer
And we dominated
Not only that were consecrated

We found this guy named Justin He's pretty freakin sweet
He's as golden as they come
we were lucky to meet.
But he's a little to young
And a little to single
So to YSA he goes
So he can flirt and mingle.

Next on our list was climbing trees
Lots of fun,
But we got sappy and scraped  knees
But it was for a good cause
Helping a lady who is crazy
We've been gardening for her
Among her statues of naked ladies (awkward)

The rest of the area is going well.
We have been teaching less actives
And they are pretty swell.
They simply fell away,
We're trying to bring them back
Lots with potential
And a few who sorta lack.
It's a lot of fun
And we can't complain
Sometimes people think that we're both insane
It may be true
But we're in it together

Whats up butter cup?

Hey there fun friends! How are you all doing? I hope your week was as
splendid and as full of laughs as mine was:) every minute with Sister
Johnston is a laugh out loud kind of ordeal. It's a true blessing
because in this area we need all the laughs we can get. We spent most
of our time this week trying to find people on the ward list that have
disappeared. It's a pretty interesting job to say the least. It's a
lot of door knocking and a lot of times the people have moved and
haven't been living there for like 15 years. It's pretty goofy. But it
keeps our days filled and it's really helpful to the ward and future
missionaries. We were able to do quite a bit of service this week. We
go every Tuesday to a nursing home and play bingo. Oh my heck. Those
people are crack ups. I love it. We set up a table at the local police
department event and tried to pass out Books of Mormon  with the
elders. We passed out a few after using some pretty creative finding
techniques. I've basically signed up for every club in the Placentia/
Yorba Linda area so we could make friends. Needless to say we have
been getting calls all week to come to the Karate convention....
Whoops! We did a service project at our recent converts house this
week too. We were watering and digging around plants and me and J
ended up getting more mud and water on ourselves then in the planters.
It was so fun. It's a fiesta here in Placentia. No worries mate. Well

A little challenge:)

HEYYY YOU GUYS!!!
How are you people? It has been a lil bit of a crazy week, but
splendid really! Tuesday I said farewell to my beloved Sister Rosie
which was a total bummer. I already miss her so much it's ridiculous.
I love that girl. I have learned to much from that few weeks I got to
be with her.... Yes I may have seen her every day this week still but
I'm still having separation anxiety. It's a good thing Sister Johhston
is amazing. Holy cow. We have gotten weirdly close over the past week.
She is a total crack up and I love her to death. Pretty much convinced
her to be my roommate at BYUI so holla atcha gurl! We've decided that
we are starting a motorcycle gang called the Bye Felicia's. It's too
much fun. The area is good. Super hard I'm not gonna lie but good. The
area is dead... But it leaves a lot of work to do and I guess that's
why we are here ;) We are doing lots of finding. I'm sure someday we
will see success! Talan was baptized Saturday! Oh my goodness. Do you
know how amazing it is to see your recent convert baptize his little
brother and see a family enter the baptismal font one at a time???? Oh
my goodness. It is tear worthy. It was an awesome service. I was able
to sing with a boy from the ward. It was so awesome.
So something I have realized over the past 17 months is the power of a
testimony. The spirit is so powerful when's someone bears witness and
testifies of what they know to be true. I would like to invite you to
be apart of my proselyting for the last 5 months of my mission. I have
made it a goal to have a testimony in every Book of Mormon that I pass
out. I would like to invite you all to send me your testimony so I can
glue them in my Books of Mormon I pass out.  In return I promise to
pass out every testimony I receive. Don't let me do this work alone!
In fact make it your family home evening activity tonight, take a few
minutes and send it via email now! I know that this will bring the
spirit into these people's lives.
I love you all so much. Really I think of you often. Thank you for all
the love and kindness you bring into my life. Yous the really MVP

Holy Hot!!!

Well Hi There!
I hope y'all are doing well and just as happy as can be. This week has
been a warm one. Holy Hannah! Hot doesn't even cover it. But I love
the sun so I can't complain too much! The area is still on fire! Talas
we be baptized this Saturday by.... RYAN! Oh my gosh! Is this real
life?! My recent convert is baptizing his little brother! It's unreal.
Too much joy. Other adventures of the week as seen below. Too much fun
with my sis.
Bittersweet announcement. My dear companion is training!! Yay! She
seriously will be so perfect, but that kicks me out of my beloved 4th
ward. I have loved this area more than words. I have grown so much and
seen absolute miracles. I'm sad to be leaving but I feel at such
peace. I feel like I have done my part here and it's someone else's
turn. I will be transferred to the Placentia ward. I'm excited to get
working! The church is true kids. If you don't know that yet, I invite
you to study the Book of Mormon and pray and ponder about it. I know
you will receive an answer just as I have. Just do it!

Hey sweeties:)
Happy Monday from yours truly! It's been a swell week! Lots of laughs
and smiles:) first off! I will never have a birthday in the field...
Which would have been a bummer but guess what?! I have a half
birthday! My seriously amazing comp through me a half birthday party.
The whole apartment was decorated with ninja turtles and streamers.
She even had president and sister Taggart call me.  It was such an
awesome day. I have never felt so much love. We knocked so many doors
this week. So many doors slammed. It was rough but I am still so
grateful to be knocking:) I really do think the next golden
investigator is around the corner:) loving e Yorba Linda dream kids:)
